Booking Terms and Conditions
Rooms to be vacated by 10.30am daily for cleaning.
Check-in is from 2pm onwards.
Any valuables left by guests in their rooms are entirely at their own risk.
Any damage caused to the premises will be immediately charged.
All rooms are strictly non smoking. Smoking only allowed in allocated area only.
Strictly no smoking and loitering at front or side of the property except in the designated area through the side gate.
No pets are allowed.
The area is residential so please respect the neighbouring properties and your fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum ..
Cancellation policy on booked rooms.
Up to 48 hrs prior to check-in date there will be no charge.
Between 48 to 24 hrs prior to check-in date there will be a will be a 50% charge of the total of the booking.
24 hrs or less the full charge will apply.
